References available on request (also see machinegunboards.com as a common place to find satisfied comments). My stock work is a feature of a museum or two, and in the movies, most notable with the upcoming film Public Enemy where Johnny Depp is using studio guns with my stocks.
While I am licensed dealer (FFL 01/07 Class 2 SOT) in firearms of all type including NFA and can receive your gun for custom fit, I like to save customers money if possible and spare the considerable expense of shipping a valuable gun back and forth. This may require just a bit of extra work, but can be done with highly satisfactory results using my guns in many occasions.
I have made and sold post sample thompsons (and other NFA items). If you have needs please inquire. And, just a note on NFA work, customers do have several options with work on NFA items. You can file ATF paperwork for temporary transfer (ATF recommends this but does not require it), you can just send it without paperwork, or as a third option, take it to any FFL dealer and it can be logged into his books, then sent to me and logged in and back out to your dealer maintaining a paper trail. I have used all three methods.
